Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and applications
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Working Hours: 10:00 am to 7:00pm

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue target for hydrolique
products in the Pune region.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
3. Maintain existing accounts while developing new sales opportunities.
4. convert targets into new accounts in similar applications and markets
5. Hire, train, and guide a team of field sales representatives
6. Set reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team
7. Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivate members to meet or exceed
sales targets
8. Provide ongoing training and development to ensure sales staff is competent to
perform their duties
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
10. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
promptly
11. Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customers are receiving optimal products
and services
12. Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings
with customers to close sales
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or
related field.
