Required Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of:
- Hydraulic hose fittings
- Crimp fittings and adapters
- Thread standards (BSP, NPT, JIC, Metric)
Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SolidWorks / 3D CAD
- Understanding of machining processes
- Good communication skills
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- MS Excel for BOM and reports
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in: 1.Hose fittings design 2.Hydraulic industry 3.Manufacturing environment
Location:SR NO 27 PLOT NO 52 BURHANI INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, Kondhwa Budruk, Pune, Maharashtra 411048
Working Hours: 10:00 am to 7:00pm
Week Off: Sunday
Responsibilities:
1. Design Work
Design hose fittings, end connections, an
d adapters. Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models
Develop hose assembly layouts and routing
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM)
2. Technical Activities
Selection of hoses and fittings based on:
Pressure rating
Temperature
Application
Create assembly drawings and part drawings
3. Coordination
Coordinate with production for design implementation
Provide technical support to sales team
Resolve shop floor design issues
Communicate with customers for technical clarification
4. Standards & Documentation
Ensure designs meet ISO / ASME / ASTM standards
Maintain design documents and revisions
Prepare technical datasheets and catalogue drawing
